How to Get Started

Submit a Proposal
If you are planning an academic conference, seminar, or research symposium and wish to publish the proceedings in Hubula, please send us a proposal outlining:-
Title and theme of the event

Date and location of the event (or virtual format)

Editorial team or appointed guest editors

Estimated number of submissions

Desired publication date (April, August, or December)
Proposals should be submitted at least 2 months prior to the event.

Coordinate Submission
Organizers are responsible for collecting and submitting the final manuscripts from authors. Manuscripts should be properly formatted according to the Hubula template. Organizers should ensure that all submissions are reviewed by the event’s editorial committee or peer reviewers. -
Final Manuscript Submission
Submit the complete set of accepted papers, along with metadata (including authors' details, affiliations, and abstracts), to Hubula for publication.
Editorial Process

Organizers are responsible for ensuring that all papers undergo a fair and transparent review process. Hubula may assist with peer review or offer editorial services upon request.

Organizers must ensure that all accepted manuscripts are original and that proper ethical guidelines are followed (e.g., avoiding plagiarism and conflict of interest).
Processing and Publication Fees

Publication or processing fees (if applicable) will be discussed upon agreement. Any fees for formatting, editing, or other services will be communicated in advance.

Hubula does not charge readers for accessing published content (open access).

All papers published in Hubula are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright but grant Hubula the right to publish and distribute their work.
